Today the class learnt about Limericks in English and we had a competition in writing our own.
The class's favorite was written by Njabulo:

There once was a boy named Brady
who was sometimes a little bit shady
His suitcase was blue
and at times hes a fool
by dancing around like a lady.

My favorite was written by Zwi:

There was a young boy from Malutu
who was sitting eating phutu
He had a craving for pap
his blood sugar went up
so he was sent to his granny in Sesotho

Volcanoes!

The Grade 7s got into groups and made their own volcanoes as a Social Science task.  They were all brilliant and we had some interesting explosions as well!  Which is your favorite?  Winners will be announced on Friday!
